Use only Airborne Express or FedEx Overnight for delivery carriers (exception: large orders can be shipped via Delta Dash).

A shipping day will be set up that is convenient to us both prior to shipment

All fish sizes are measured using total length: from tip of nose to end of tail

All fish are subject to prior sale.

All DOA claims must be phoned in within 24 hours of time of arrival.  Verification may be required in extreme cases.

No cash refunds.  DOA's will be credited toward your next order.

We will not be held accountable for fish deaths due to wrong water conditions or mishandling by the customer.

All fish are guaranteed live arrival if someone is at the delivery location to receive the shipment on the first attempt.

All fish are guaranteed live arrival if picked up within 2 hours unless previous arrangements have been made.

We are not responsible for airline mishandling or delays over 48 hours, all problems of this nature need to be taken up with the responsible mail carrier
